Prime Associates Inc manages homes, apartment, and condominium buildings in Los Angeles and Orange County, with the well-defined goal of securing long term quality tenancies. The following is a summary of our services:
- Leasing - An experienced leasing agent is available to take calls and show rentals.
- Lease Forms - For all of our client's properties we provide the most up to date leasing and legal forms available.
- Property Inspections - All properties are inspected at the time the property is placed under our management or when there is a change of tenant.
- Accounting - A computerized statement of expenses and income for each property is provided to the owner on a monthly basis.
- Maintenance and Repairs - We are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week for emergencies; after hours and weekends through a professional answering service.
